Abercrombie & Fitch Co. is seeking a Key Lead to ensure a quality in-store experience. As Floor Supervisor you will guide Brand Reps and Stock Associates, drive daily sales, and lead on the floor as part of the store leadership team.

You will perform opening/closing routines, operate POS systems, fulfill omni-channel orders, and maintain visual displays while analyzing reports to inform decisions. Weekend/holiday hours apply.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• 1 year of retail experience preferred.
• Strong customer focus and service mindset.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
• Knowledge of current fashion trends.
• Energetic, outgoing and assertive; takes initiative.

Responsabilités

• Open and close routines are performed.
• Operate Register/Point of Sale systems.
• Fulfill OMNI Channel orders.
