The role emphasizes strong customer focus, effective communication, and a proactive attitude. Weekly hours are 12–16, with required weekend availability and peak-season adjustments.

Formación

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• 1 year of retail experience preferred.
• Leadership experience not required but leading teams is a plus.
• Strong customer focus and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent communication abilities.
• Knowledge of current fashion trends.
• Energetic, outgoing and assertive.
• Show initiative and confidence.
• Adaptable and flexible under pressure.
• Ability to balance multiple tasks with attention to detail.
