Abercrombie & Fitch Co. is seeking a Key Lead to ensure a high-quality in-store experience by acting as Floor Supervisor and guiding Brand Reps and Stock Associates.

You will help drive store performance on the floor through customer experience and daily sales goals. Responsibilities include opening/closing routines, operating POS, fulfilling Omni channel orders, maintaining visual displays, and protecting store assets while representing the brand culture and values.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• 1 year of retail experience preferred.
• Retail supervisory/management experience is not required, but leadership experience is preferred.
• Maintain a strong customer focus and excellent interpersonal skills.

Responsabilités

• Open and close routines.
• Operate Register/Point of Sale systems.
• Fulfill OMNI Channel orders.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and brand awareness to drive sales.
• Build and maintain visual displays.
• Analyze reporting to inform decisions.
