Job summary

Bath & Body Works is seeking a Key Holder in the United States. You will support achieving sales plans through effective store execution and leadership of the team, while delivering outstanding customer experiences and applying product knowledge.

You will lead by example, coach associates, and help maintain daily operations, including opening/closing, banking, and implementing directives. The role requires physical activity and flexibility for peak shifts.

Responsibilities

• Lead store tasks as delegated by the Store Manager, including acting as Manager on Duty.
• Provide feedback and recommendations to managers.
• Lead in-store experiences with product knowledge and selling behaviors.
• Display product knowledge, policy adherence, and store strategies.
• Set daily shift direction for associates.
• Execute opening/closing routines, deposits, shipments, and directives.
• Create connections with customers through needs discovery and recommendations.
• Assist with floorset execution and marketing placement as needed.
• Maintain safety and operational standards through physical tasks.
