You will coach and mentor the sales team, model desired behaviours, manage cash reconciliation, and handle opening and closing on a rotating schedule, helping drive sales targets and an outstanding shopper experience.

Qualifications

• Proven retail experience preferably within cosmetics.
• Ability to provide inspirational, authentic and personalized customer service.
• Willingness to work retail hours including days, nights, weekends and events.
• Experience with cash reconciliation and opening/closing the store is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example and coach sales team to meet targets.
• Perform start and end of day cash reconciliation.
• Open and close the store on a rota basis.
