Job summary

The Estée Lauder Companies is seeking a dynamic Key Holder to support the Store Manager and Assistant Manager, ensuring smooth operation and delivering inspirational, personalized customer service to meet sales and service targets.

You will demonstrate strong retail and cash handling skills, participate in opening and closing the store on a rota, and coach others to achieve goals while contributing to a supportive, diverse team environment and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Proven retail experience, preferably within cosmetics.
• Ability to provide inspirational, authentic and personalized customer service.
• Desirable experience in cash reconciliation and opening/closing the store.
• Previous supervisory experience including coaching/mentoring others to achieve sales and customer service targets.
• Ability to work retail hours including days, nights, weekends and special events in a fast-paced environment.
• Previous experience with retail point-of-sale software.

Responsibilities

• Support the Store Manager and Assistant Manager for smooth operation of the store.
• Lead by example with coaching and mentoring to achieve sales and customer service targets.
• Carry out start and end of day cash reconciliation and manage opening/closing on a rota.
