Job summary

The Estee Lauder Companies Inc. is seeking a dynamic Key Holder to support the Store Manager and Assistant Manager in delivering outstanding cosmetic retail experiences. You will model exceptional customer service, coach the team, and ensure the store operates smoothly across shifts and events.

With strong cash handling skills and a background in retail, you will open and close the store on a rota basis and help drive sales and customer satisfaction in a fast-paced prestige beauty environment.

Qualifications

• Proven retail experience preferably within cosmetics.
• Ability to provide inspirational, authentic and personalized customer service.
• Retail operations experience including cash reconciliation and opening/closing the store is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Support Store Manager and Assistant Manager to ensure smooth running of the store.
• Lead and mentor sales team to achieve sales and customer service targets.
• Carry out start and end of day cash reconciliation and open/close on a rota.
