The Estée Lauder Companies Inc. is seeking a dynamic and inspirational Key Holder to support the Store Manager and Assistant Manager, ensuring the smooth operation of the store and delivering exceptional customer service to meet sales targets.

You will lead by example with coaching skills, manage cash reconciliation at opening/closing, and participate in rota-based opening and closing shifts, creating a rewarding path toward a long-term career with a prestige beauty leader.

Qualifications

• Proven retail experience preferably within cosmetics.
• The ability to provide inspirational, authentic and personalized customer service.
• While not essential, previous retail operations experience including cash reconciliation and opening and closing the store is desirable.
• Previous supervisory experience including coaching/mentoring others to achieve sales and customer service targets is desirable.
• Ability to work retail hours including days, nights, weekends and special events in a fast-paced work environment.
• Previous experience with retail point-of-sale software.

Responsabilités

• Lead by example to deliver inspirational, authentic customer service that meets sales targets.
• Support Store Manager and Assistant Manager to ensure smooth running of the store.
• Carry out start and end of day cash reconciliation and rotate openings/closings.
• Coach and mentor sales team to achieve KPIs and excellent customer service.
• Work retail hours including nights, weekends and special events in a fast-paced environment.
