Job summary

The Estée Lauder Companies Inc. is seeking a dynamic Key Holder to support the Store Manager and Assistant Manager, delivering inspirational, authentic, personalized customer service to achieve sales and service targets.

You will handle opening and closing the store on a rota, contribute to cash reconciliation, and leverage retail and cash-handling experience to ensure smooth operations while supporting a diverse, luxury-brand environment.

Qualifications

• Proven retail experience preferably within cosmetics.
• Ability to provide inspirational, authentic and personalized customer service.
• Previous supervisory experience including coaching/mentoring others to achieve sales and customer service targets.
• Ability to work retail hours including days, nights, weekends and special events in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Support Store Manager and Assistant Manager to ensure smooth store operations.
• Lead by example to provide exceptional customer service to meet sales/service targets.
• Carry out essential start and end of day cash reconciliation.
• Open and close the store on a rota basis.
