Responsibilities

• Lead store tasks as delegated by the Store Manager, including acting as Manager on Duty.
• Provide performance feedback to teammates and managers.
• Deliver exceptional in-store experiences through product knowledge and selling behaviors.
• Demonstrate knowledge of products, policies, and store strategy.
• Set daily goals and direction for the team.
• Handle opening/closing routines, deposits, shipments, and convey directives.
• Build genuine connections with customers and make personalized recommendations.
• Assist with floorset, window changes, and visual merchandising.
• Maintain safety, cleanliness and adherence to company standards.
• Lift up to 50 pounds as needed to stock and present products.
