Job summary

Boot Barn in Eureka, CA is seeking a part-time Key Holder to engage customers, lead by example, and support store partners in delivering an exceptional shopping experience.

You will become a product knowledge expert, drive sales metrics, assist with merchandising and store operations, and collaborate with leadership to meet goals while upholding Boot Barn’s Values and community focus.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years retail sales experience.
• Strong leadership, communication, time management and organization.
• Availability for nights, weekends and holidays.
• Flexible scheduling; extended hours when needed.
• Up to 10% travel to local stores.

Responsibilities

• Foster service and selling culture to build customer relationships.
• Become an expert in product categories and communicate features to customers.
• Maintain and achieve goals like UPT and ADT.
• Stay informed on current promotions and ads.
• Maintain merchandising standards and assist with floor moves and housekeeping.
• Assist with processing merchandise and stock replenishment.
• Complete all sales transactions accurately at POS.
• Open/close procedures and adhere to Time and Attendance policy.
