Job summary

Boot Barn is seeking a Key Holder to lead in-store operations and deliver outstanding customer experiences. You will collaborate with store leadership to drive sales, develop team members, and uphold merchandising standards in a fast-paced retail environment.

The role supports a service-driven culture with a focus on product knowledge, sales metrics, and daily store procedures. Strong communication and flexibility are essential for success.

Qualifications

• 1 to 2 years retail sales experience.
• Demonstrates strong leadership, communication, time management and organization skills.
• Availability to work a variety of shifts including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Up to 10% travel to support local stores, as needed.

Responsibilities

• Foster a service and selling culture; exceed expectations and build customer relationships.
• Become an expert in product categories and communicate knowledge to customers.
• Maintain and achieve measurable goals (UPT, ADT, add-ons, data capture).
• Assist with promotions, merchandising, floor moves, and store housekeeping.
• Process merchandise and monitor floor stock; complete sales transactions at POS.
