Job summary

Kendra Scott, LLC is seeking a motivated Key Holder to support the Store Leadership Team by delivering WOW guest experiences, driving sales, and assisting with daily operations across salesfloor, Color Bar, events and back of house.

You will train and motivate Stylists, build brand awareness through community initiatives, maintain store safety, protect assets, and adapt to a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays to meet business needs.

Qualifications

• Retail or customer service experience required.
• Ability to lift and move at least 50 lbs.
• Comfort with a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Support Store Leadership Team by delivering WOW guest experiences.
• Assist with daily store operations and training of Stylists.
• Drive sales by maximizing store productivity and guest connections.
• Build brand awareness through community initiatives and events.
• Maintain store safety and asset protection standards.
• Provide product knowledge and styling advice to guests.
• Be flexible across Salesfloor, Color Bar, Events, and Back of House.
