Kendra Scott is seeking a Key Holder to support the Store Leadership Team and deliver WOW guest experiences. You will assist with daily operations, contribute to training and motivation of Stylists, and help drive stellar results while representing the brand culture.

Qualifications

• Retail or customer service experience required.
• Must be over 18 years old.
• Ability to lift at least 50 lbs.
• Stand and/or walk for 6+ hours per shift.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Available to work 30+ hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Provide WOW guest experience and exceptional customer service.
• Drive store sales and productivity through engagement with guests.
• Help build brand awareness through community events and philanthropy.
• Maintain store safety and asset protection.
• Educate guests on product details and styling recommendations.
• Flex between Salesfloor, Color Bar, Events, and Back of House as needed.
• Proactively resolve guest concerns to ensure positive experiences.
• Communicate clearly with guests and team members about products and services.
• Collaborate with teammates to deliver WOW experiences for all guests.
