Job summary

Kendra Scott is seeking a Key Holder to support the Store Leadership Team by delivering WOW guest experiences, training Stylists, and helping drive sales. You will assist with daily operations and contribute to achieving brand goals in a fast-paced retail environment.

In this role you will flex between the Salesfloor, Color Bar, Events, and Back of House, while upholding brand standards and ensuring an exceptional guest journey through collaboration and leadership.

Qualifications

• Retail or customer service experience required.
• Must be able to lift at least 50 lbs.
• Availability to work 30+ hours per week, including nights and weekends.
• Passion for fashion and helping customers develop personal style.

Responsibilities

• Provide WOW guest experiences and assist store leadership.
• Support daily operations and training of Stylists.
