Responsibilities

• Support delivering sales plan through store and operational tasks.
• Act as Manager on Duty when scheduled to address customer experience, vendor relationships, or maintenance issues.
• Provide individual and team performance feedback to managers.
• Lead in-store customer experiences through selling behaviors rooted in Our Values and product knowledge.
• Display knowledge of policies and store strategies.
• Set the direction and goals for the day/shift when associates arrive for work.
• Open and close routines including deposits, shipments, and disseminating company directives.
• Create connections with customers through uncovering needs and personalized recommendations.
• Assist with floorset execution, visual presentation, and marketing placement.
• Ensure safety, cleanliness, and adherence to policies.
