Job summary

Bath & Body Works is seeking a proactive Key Holder to support delivering sales plans through effective execution of store and operational tasks. You will lead by example, coach associates, and ensure outstanding customer experiences with strong product knowledge.

The role requires leadership, the ability to coach in-the-moment, and flexibility for varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. A high school diploma or GED is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead in-store leadership tasks, including acting as Manager on Duty when scheduled.

• Lead exceptional in-store customer experiences through selling behaviors and product knowledge.
• Display knowledge of product policies and store strategies.
• Set direction and goals for the day/shift with the team.
• Perform opening/closing routines and execute company directives.
