Job summary

Bath & Body Works is seeking a proactive Key Holder to support sales plans and daily store operations. You will lead in‑store tasks, coach associates, and ensure exceptional customer experiences through product knowledge and personalized service.

The role requires strong communication, a customer‑first mindset, and the ability to manage shifts, openings, and closings. Prior retail leadership and a high school diploma or GED are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead store tasks as delegated by the Store Manager, including duty management.
• Provide feedback and coaching to team members.
• Deliver excellent in-store experiences through product knowledge and selling behaviors.
• Demonstrate knowledge of company policies and store strategies.
• Set daily goals and direct the team during shifts.
• Assist with opening/closing routines and store operations.
• Create genuine connections with customers and make personalized recommendations.
• Support floorset and visual presentation efforts.
