• Lead as Manager on Duty when scheduled to address customer experience, vendor relations, or maintenance issues.
• Provide individual and team feedback to managers.
• Drive in-store customer experiences through product knowledge and selling behaviors.
• Know product, policies, and store strategies; set daily goals with staff.
• Handle opening/closing routines, banking deposits, shipments, and disseminate directives.
• Build connections with customers through needs discovery and personalized recommendations.
• Assist with floorset execution, visual presentation, and marketing placement.
