Job summary

Bath & Body Works is seeking a Key Holder to support achieving sales plans through effective execution of store operations and leadership tasks. You will be the front line of our field leadership, delivering connectable customer experiences and fueling our brand standards.

As a key member of the team, you will lead by example in selling, product knowledge, and store operations while coordinating with the Store Manager to drive performance and meet daily goals.

Responsibilities

• Lead store operations as delegated by the Store Manager and serve as Manager on Duty when scheduled.
• Provide performance feedback to managers and drive team improvement.
• Deliver exceptional in-store customer experiences through selling behaviors and product knowledge.
• Demonstrate knowledge of products, policies, and store strategies.
• Set daily shift goals and oversee opening/closing routines and cash handling.
• Assist with floorset execution, visual presentation, and marketing placement.
• Maintain safety, cleanliness and adherence to company policies.
