Bath & Body Works is seeking a Key Holder to support achieving sales plans through effective store operations and leadership. You will help drive customer experiences, coach associates, and ensure product knowledge and brand standards are upheld.

The role requires hands-on leadership, strong communication, and the ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays in a dynamic retail setting. You will collaborate with the Store Manager to deliver exceptional results and a welcoming environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead as Manager on Duty when scheduled to address customer experiences and store issues.
• Provide individual and team performance feedback to managers.
• Lead in-store customer experiences through selling behaviors grounded in Our Values and product knowledge.
• Display knowledge of product, policies, and store strategies.
• Set daily direction and goals for the team when shifts begin.
• Perform opening and closing routines including deposits, shipments, and disseminating directives.
• Create genuine connections with customers through needs discovery and recommendations.
• Assist with floorset execution, window changes, visual presentation, and marketing placement.
• Maintain safe, clean, and engaging store environment per safety standards.
