Bath & Body Works is seeking a diligent Key Holder to support delivering sales plans through strong store execution and leadership. You will act as Manager on Duty when scheduled, guiding the team to deliver exceptional customer experiences and uphold store standards.

You will mentor associates, communicate effectively, and help set daily goals while managing duties like opening/closing, banking, and shipment receipt. This role requires peak-time availability and physical activity.

Responsibilities

• Lead store tasks and act as Manager on Duty as directed by the Store Manager.
• Provide feedback and recommendations to managers.
• Drive exceptional in-store experiences through selling behaviors and product knowledge.
• Demonstrate knowledge of products, policies, and store strategies.
• Set daily/shift direction and goals for the team.
• Perform opening/closing duties including cash handling and merch receipt.
• Create genuine connections with customers through needs discovery and recommendations.
• Assist with floorset execution, visual presentation, and marketing placement.
