Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead with store leadership tasks including acting as Manager on Duty when scheduled.
• Provide performance feedback and recommendations to managers.
• Drive in-store customer experiences with strong product knowledge and selling behaviors.
• Demonstrate knowledge of policies, store strategies and brand values.
• Set daily shift direction and perform opening/closing routines.
• Create connections with customers through needs discovery and personalized recommendations.
• Assist with floorset execution, visual presentation, and marketing placements.
• Maintain safety, cleanliness and adherence to company standards.
• Uphold company policies and procedures.
