• Display knowledge of product, company policies, and store strategies.
• Set daily goals and direction for the shift and associates.
• Perform opening and closing routines including cash handling and stock receipt.
• Create genuine connections with customers through needs discovery and recommendations.
• Assist with floorset execution, visual merchandising, and marketing placement.
• Maintain safety, cleanliness and adherence to store procedures.
