Responsibilities

• Lead delegated leadership tasks by Store Manager, including acting as Manager on Duty.
• Provide individual and team performance feedback and recommendations to managers.
• Lead in-store customer experiences through selling behaviors and product knowledge.
• Display knowledge of product, policies, and store strategies.
• Set the direction and goals for the day/shift for the team.
• Perform opening/closing routines, bank deposits, shipments, and disseminate directives.
• Create genuine connections with customers through uncovering needs and personalized recommendations.
• Assist with floorset execution, window changes, and visual marketing placement.
• Maintain safety, cleanliness, and adherence to standards.
