Bath & Body Works is seeking a Brand Experience Key Holder to support delivering the sales plan through skilled store operations and customer-focused leadership. You will guide associates on the sales floor, uphold product knowledge, and ensure a safe, engaging shopping environment.

You will lead opening/closing routines, coach the team, and create connections with customers through personalized recommendations.

Competenze

• Experience in a consumer-first, retail environment.
• Ability to provide in-the-moment coaching to associates.
• Willingness to work peak days and varied shifts (evenings, weekends, holidays).

• Lead on duty as Brand Experience Leader to address consumer experience, vendor relationships, or maintenance issues.
• Provide team feedback and recommendations to leadership.
• Lead in-store consumer experiences with product knowledge and selling behaviors.

• Set daily direction and goals for the team.
