Responsibilities

• Lead as Manager on Duty when scheduled, addressing customer experience, vendor relations, or maintenance issues.
• Provide individual and team performance feedback to managers.
• Lead exceptional in-store customer experiences through selling behaviors rooted in Our Values and product knowledge.
• Display knowledge of product, policies, and store strategies.
• Set the direction and goals for the day/shift when associates arrive for work.
• Perform opening and closing routines including bank deposits, shipments, and disseminating directives.
• Create genuine connections with customers through uncovering needs, sharing information, and personalized recommendations.
• Assist with floorset execution, window changes, visual presentation, and marketing placement.
• Maintain safety, cleanliness, and engaging store environment.
