Job summary

Responsibilities

• Model WOW service principles; train and develop Stylists to provide WOW experiences.
• Drive sales by maximizing store productivity and guest connections.
• Build brand awareness through philanthropic efforts and community initiatives; assist in events.
• Maintain store safety standards and asset protection; follow KS policies.
• Educate guests and team on product details; suggest products fitting needs.
• Flex between Salesfloor, Color Bar, Events, and Back of House.
• Support team to provide WOW experiences and share ideas for mutual accountability.
• Proactively resolve guest concerns; take on opportunities with urgency and energy.
• Provide ongoing feedback and mentorship; handle tough situations with courage.
