Responsibilities

You're customer focused and model WOW service with a 'customer is our boss' attitude.
Drive sales by maximizing store productivity and building guest connections.
Assist in training and developing Stylists to provide WOW experiences.
Ensure store safety, asset protection, and compliance with company policies.
Communicate product details and personal styling to guests and team members.
Flex between Salesfloor, Color Bar, Events, and Back of House as needed.
Resolve guest concerns with urgency and positivity.
Commit to inclusive scheduling and being available for evenings, weekends, and holidays.
