Job summary

Kendra Scott, LLC is seeking a Key Holder to support the Store Leadership Team in delivering WOW guest experiences and driving store results. You will help manage daily operations, train Stylists, and celebrate the brand’s culture of Family, Fashion and Philanthropy.

Ideal candidates have retail or customer service experience, strong communication skills, and a passion for fashion. Availability for 30+ hours weekly, including nights and weekends, is required.

• Ability to adapt and collaborate with store leadership and Stylists.

Responsibilities

• Support Store Leadership by delivering exceptional WOW guest experiences.
• Assist with daily store operations and floor coverage as needed.
• Train and motivate Stylists; contribute to a positive team environment.
• Execute sales strategies to maximize store productivity.
• Engage in community events and brand-building activities when possible.
• Maintain store safety, policy compliance, and asset protection standards.
• Provide product knowledge and personalized styling recommendations.
• Flexible to work across Salesfloor, Events, and Back of House as needed.
• Maintain a high level of energy, urgency, and customer focus.
