Kendra Scott, LLC is seeking a Key Holder to support the Store Leadership Team in delivering WOW guest experiences and assisting with daily store operations. You’ll contribute to training, motivating, and celebrating Stylists and team members while championing the brand’s purpose across our Austin-area facilities and nationwide footprint.

You will drive sales, build brand awareness through community initiatives, and uphold safety and asset protection standards.

Qualifications

• Retail or customer service experience required.
• Passion for exceptional service and developing relationships.
• Strong problem-solving skills and positive attitude under pressure.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Enthusiasm for fashion and helping others develop personal style.
• Growth mindset and willingness to learn.
• Passion for giving back and community involvement.
• Available to work at least 30 hours per week, including nights and weekends.
• Ability to accommodate a changing schedule.
