Job summary

Kendra Scott, LLC is seeking a dynamic Key Holder to support the Store Leadership Team in delivering a WOW guest experience and driving sales. You will assist with daily store operations, train Stylists, and promote brand initiatives while representing the KS culture with enthusiasm and integrity.

You will contribute to team success, flex between salesfloor, events, and back-of-house as needed, and help cultivate a welcoming environment for guests and colleagues alike.

Qualifications

• Retail or customer service experience required.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Genuine enthusiasm for fashion and helping others develop personal style.
• Must be available to work at least 30 hours per week, including nights and weekends.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/work on the floor for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Model WOW service principles to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
• Assist with daily store operations as needed and support the Store Leadership Team.
• Train and develop Stylists to provide WOW experiences and build guest connections.
• Drive sales by maximizing store productivity and guest engagement.
• Support in building brand awareness through events and community initiatives.
• Maintain store safety and asset protection standards and adhere to KS policies.
• Communicate product details and personal styling to guests.
