Job summary

URBN is opening a new location in Kennesaw, GA! We are looking for a part-time Key Holder to join this team.

A Key Holder contributes to creating a customer-centric environment by supporting the store leadership team in excellent customer service, daily store objectives, consistent product flow and leading the team to achieve overall store goals. You will lead by example in customer interactions, assist with opening/closing procedures, and help train new hires while ensuring safety and accurate

Qualifications

• Leadership experience required.
• Strong communication skills with clear objectives.
• Must be comfortable on a ladder and able to lift/push over 50lbs.
• Able to work nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Enhances customer experience by initiating conversations, sharing product info and pricing, and guiding shoppers through promotions.
• Leads store environment and daily zone chart to drive sales and productivity; provides feedback and development for colleagues.
• Maintains clean, organized store operations, ensuring pricing and promotions are accurate and product(s) are properly stocked.
• Participates in daily meetings, supports onboarding of new hires, and collaborates with leadership to meet store objectives.
