URBN Urban Outfitters, Inc. is seeking a Key Holder for our Atlanta FP Movement store to assist the management team in supervising daily operations and delivering an engaging customer experience.

You will drive sales, share product knowledge, and lead the team in delivering exceptional service. The role requires a passion for the brand, flexibility in hours including nights and weekends, and a desire to grow with URBN.

Qualifications

• Passion for FP Movement and/or connection to the local fitness community.
• Experience being a team player.
• Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Act as a brand ambassador and reflect URBN's FP Movement values to create engaging experiences.
• Create selling initiatives and build relationships through personalized service and product recommendations.
• Promote FP Movement events and collaborate with fitness partners.
• Utilize store and online tools to inform customers about events and offers.
• Lead and support store operations, inventory, and display standards.
• Foster inclusive environment, open communication, and team development.
• Guide Stylist team and support career growth.
