Job summary

URBN seeks a Key Holder to support store leadership in delivering a customer-centric experience, driving sales, and managing daily processes. You will be the expert on operating procedures and mentor the associate team.

You will assist with opening/closing, visual standards, omni fulfillment, and training, while maintaining a welcoming environment for all customers. Flexible hours including nights and weekends are required.

Responsibilities

• Collaborates with the leadership team to cultivate an environment where customers feel welcome, heard and valued.
• Drives sales and store metrics by using KPIs to set team and zoning goals.
• Utilizes omni-channel services to deliver a seamless shopping experience.
• Participates in managing the store environment and daily zones to maintain a positive pace.
• Supports training of the associate team, including new hire onboarding.
• Assists with opening/closing procedures, stock, cleanliness, and facilities or IT issues.
• Collaborates to facilitate shipment, omni fulfillment, visual standards, and markdowns.
• Maintains effective communication and contributes to positive team morale through brand initiatives.
