Reclectic is opening a new location in Kennesaw, GA. We are seeking a part-time Key Holder to join the team. You will support store leadership in delivering excellent customer service and achieving daily store goals.

As a Key Holder you will manage the customer experience, assist with daily tasks, lead the team, and help with opening and closing procedures while ensuring pricing and promotions are accurate.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience required.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Able to lift 50+ lbs and work on a ladder.
• Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales and customer service by leading daily store operations.
• Guide team to deliver strong customer experiences.

• Support daily opening/closing procedures and store safety.
