URBN in Washington, DC is seeking a Key Holder to support store leadership, deliver exceptional customer service, and manage daily operations. You will help drive sales, uphold standards, and mentor teammates.

You’ll lead with energy, collaborate across teams, and ensure a seamless omni-channel experience while maintaining visual standards, inventory accuracy, and a welcoming store environment.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience in a retail setting.
• A proven ability to work well in a team.
• A keen interest in the Anthropologie brand is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Collaborates with leadership to cultivate an environment where all customers feel welcome, heard and valued.
• Drives sales and store metrics by using KPIs to set team and zoning goals.
• Delivers an omni-channel shopping experience through execution of all omni services.
• Manages store environment and customer experience, fostering an energized pace and daily zones.
• Supports training of the associate team, including new-hire onboarding.
• Maintains daily operations like opening/closing procedures, visuals, restocking, and IT issues.
• Collaborates with partners to manage shipment and omni fulfillment; supports visual standards and markdowns.
• Maintains cleanliness and standards; tracks monthly visual messaging and store concepts.
• Fosters an inclusive environment; encourages feedback and teamwork toward store objectives.
• Provides insights on customer and employee experience to Store Manager and drives morale through brand initiatives.
