URBN Urban Outfitters, Inc. in Honolulu is seeking a Key Holder to support the store leadership team with service, selling and daily processes. You will be the expert in operating procedures and help mentor the associate team to deliver a welcoming shopping experience.

You will collaborate with leadership to drive sales and store metrics, deliver omni-channel experiences, and assist with opening and closing procedures, ensuring visual standards and daily tasks are completed with energy and focus.

Responsibilities

• Collaborates with the leadership team to cultivate an environment of genuine customer connection where customers feel welcome, heard and valued.
• Drives sales and store metrics by using KPIs to set team and zoning goals.
• Delivers an omni‑channel shopping experience through execution of all omni services.
• Manages the store environment with energized pace and positive leadership for daily zones.
• Supports training of the associate team, including new hire onboarding.
