Responsibilities

• Collaborates with the leadership team to create a welcoming, customer-centric environment and drive store metrics.
• Actively participates in managing the store environment, energizing the team, and supporting daily zones; assists problem solving and training new hires.
• Supports daily operating processes such as opening/closing, maintaining store standards, restocking, and assisting with facilities or IT issues; helps manage omni fulfillment and visual standards.
• Communicates with leadership to maintain teamwork and relay customer/employee feedback; contributes to positive team morale through brand initiatives.
