Responsibilities

• Customer Experience: Collaborates with leadership to cultivate an environment where customers feel welcome, heard and valued.
• Customer Experience: Takes initiative to drive sales and store metrics using KPIs to set team goals.
• Customer Experience: Delivers seamless omni-channel shopping experiences through execution of omni services.
• Leadership + Team Management: Manages store environment and customer experience with energized pace and POSITIVE team dynamics.
• Leadership + Team Management: Supports training of the associate team, including onboarding new hires.
• Visual + Business Operations: Supports opening/closing procedures, store standards, restocking, and IT issues.
• Visual + Business Operations: Facilitates shipment, omni fulfillment, visual standards, and stock levels.
• Visual + Business Operations: Maintains cleanliness and updates visual messaging and concepts.
