You will mentor the team, train new hires, maintain store standards, and ensure smooth omni-channel fulfillment while upholding brand standards. The role requires flexibility for nights, weekends, and holidays and a focus on driving KPIs and customer connection.

Responsibilities

• Collaborates with the leadership team to cultivate a welcoming customer environment
• Drives sales and store metrics using KPIs to set team and zoning goals
• Delivers a seamless omni-channel shopping experience through execution of omni services
• Manages store environment with energized pace and positive team dynamics
• Participates in training and onboarding of new hires
• Supports daily operating processes including opening/closing, restocking, and handling facilities or IT issues
• Maintains visual standards and supports shipment and order fulfillment processes
• Contributes to inclusive work environment and communicates feedback to Store Manager
