Job summary

NOARK Electric seeks an experienced Key Account Sales Manager to lead electrical sales in the United States and Canada Data Center market. You will manage major data center accounts, driving growth for switchboards, bus duct, transformers, medium voltage cable and switchgear.

The role requires a proven track record in data center sales, power distribution, and cross-functional leadership across diverse teams.

Qualifications

• Selling power distribution products for 3+ years.
• Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or a technical degree in engineering or science.
• Proven sales management experience in T&D and Low Voltage Power systems.
• Familiar with the local energy industry and power distribution system is preferred.
• Established network within the development and construction of the data centers.
• Record of managing sales volume exceeding 100 million USD.
• Excellent communication skills, both oral and written, with fluency in English.
• A diligent spirit, proactive attitude, and ability to handle sales target pressure.
• Experience in cross-cultural management and global team collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Achieve and exceed sales targets for electrical components and high voltage equipment sectors.
• Lead and coordinate the local team supporting the data center sales.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key data center accounts.
• Identify and capitalize on market opportunities, winning new business.
• Prepare and submit weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales forecasts.
• Work closely with the General Manager to develop and implement sales strategies.
• Collaborate with marketing and product teams to execute events and solutions.
• Collect and analyze market trends, competitor analysis, and other relevant information.
