Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering, Marketing or related field with extensive industry experience.
• Experience working with data center customers is a plus.
• Strong understanding of Electrification products and related markets.
• Proven ability to conduct market analysis and develop business plans with a strategic mindset.
• Experience building relationships with electrical contractors, distributors, and channel partners.

Responsibilities

• Lead Strategic Account Planning and develop SoWs to drive growth across divisions.
• Drive customer-centric sales strategy addressing sustainability, digitalization, and cybersecurity.
• Build trusted relationships with decision-makers in data center organizations.
• Enable competitive, coordinated execution using standardized tools and cross-functional alignment.
