Job summary

Graybar is seeking an experienced Account Manager to be the single point of contact for key accounts in our growing team. You will service major accounts, solicit new business, and position Graybar as the leading supplier of electrical, communications, and security products and solutions.

You will implement sales strategies, identify productivity opportunities, and work closely with supplier partners to meet customer needs.

Qualifications

• 6+ years experience in account management or sales roles.
• 4-year degree preferred.
• Familiarity with RFIs and RFPs.

Responsibilities

• Implement strategy to increase sales and profits from key accounts.
• Identify opportunities to improve productivity.
• Understand customer needs and work with suppliers to provide solutions.
• Give presentations on new products and Graybar services.
• Attain or exceed sales and profit budgets.
