Job summary

Graybar is seeking an Account Manager to serve as the main contact for key accounts in Montgomery, AL. You will develop strategies to grow revenue, identify productivity opportunities, and work closely with suppliers to tailor solutions that meet customer needs.

You will present new products, respond to inquiries, and aim to meet or exceed sales and profit targets, while coordinating with internal teams and clients for successful outcomes.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of account management experience.
• 4 year degree preferred.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with RFIs and RFPs.

Responsibilities

• Implement strategy to increase sales and profits from key accounts.
• Identify opportunities to improve productivity.
• Understand customer business needs and work closely with our supplier partners to help find solutions to meet those needs.
• Give presentations on new products, answer questions on products and Company services.
• Attain or exceed sales and profit budget.
