What You’ll Do

Reporting to the SVP, Sales, Life Sciences, the Account Vice President manages relationships with a major biopharma partner, leading a team responsible for sales, delivery, and business KPIs. The role involves developing strategies for long-term growth, overseeing a Key Account Director and Project Manager, and focusing on high-level account management.

Responsibilities
  1. Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute account strategies; act as the executive owner of the partnership.
  2. Client Engagement: Build relationships with senior client stakeholders; understand their strategies and identify opportunities for collaboration.
  3. Revenue and Growth: Achieve revenue targets; identify new business opportunities and negotiate contracts.
  4. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Lead teams across functions to deliver value and ensure seamless project execution.
  5. Thought Leadership: Develop case studies; provide market feedback to leadership.
  6. Operational Excellence: Monitor progress against goals; travel approximately 40% domestically and internationally.
Qualifications
