Openwork, a high-growth staffing company, is hiring a Business Development Manager (Outside Sales) to drive new client partnerships in the Woodstock, GA area. You’ll spend time in the field and in the office, building a robust client network and hunting for opportunities.

You’ll lead go-to-market efforts, tailor staffing solutions, and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers. This role rewards results with commissions and growth across a people-first culture.

Qualifications

• Outside sales experience with a track record of meeting quotas.
• Excellent prospecting and lead generation skills.
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities.

Responsibilities

• Identify, connect with, and win new clients in the assigned territory.
• Develop go-to-market plans with market intel and target accounts.
• Provide staffing solutions aligned with client needs and pricing frameworks.
• Build consultative relationships with decision-makers at all levels.
• Log sales activities and pipeline in the CRM with accuracy.
• Collaborate with recruiting to ensure client success.
• Support onboarding by coordinating with internal teams.
• Participate in daily team huddles and share weekly updates.
