Elwood Staffing Services, Inc. in Newnan, GA, seeks a Business Development Manager to grow our local markets and lead new client acquisitions.

You will prospect, build relationships with decision-makers, present workforce solutions, and close deals in a competitive B2B environment. This is a field‑based, non‑remote role serving light industrial, manufacturing, warehouse and logistics clients across Newnan, LaGrange and surrounding areas, with a base salary plus uncapped commission and travel

Qualifications

• Experience in outside sales and building new business.
• Ability to travel 60–70% within the local territory.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.

Are you a driven B2B sales professional who enjoys building relationships, opening new doors, and winning new business?

Elwood Staffing is looking for a Business Development Manager to grow our presence in the Newnan, LaGrange, Carrollton, GA markets (1 sales rep for each location).

If you're a motivated hunter who thrives on prospecting, developing new accounts, and closing business, this is an opportunity to build a rewarding sales career with an industry leader.

You would be selling our staffing services to prospective customers in the light industrial, manufacturing, warehouse, and logistics industry.

What You'll Do

• Prospect and develop new B2B business opportunities.
