• Three to five years of high-ticket B2B sales, account management, or consultative selling.
• Proven success winning new accounts and growing them through follow up and upsell.
• Strong communication and presentation skills with confidence to engage owners and executives.

Responsabilidades

• Build relationships with business owners and executive leadership across KC.
• Conduct consultative discovery to uncover growth opportunities.
• Prepare tailored proposals and strategy presentations.
• Guide prospects through the sales process from first call to signed agreement.
• Own ongoing client relationships post-close as outsourced development partner.
• Maintain CRM records daily and track KPI progress.
