Job summary

Responsibilities

• Inspects and evaluates physical plant and related equipment.
• Develops and monitors facility maintenance budget.
• Ensures OSHA/ADA compliance and local, state, federal requirements.
• Supervises custodial and grounds staff and coordinates contractors.
• Maintains building automation systems including HVAC and School Dude.
• Prepares state and federal reports related to facilities.
• Plans activities for grounds, building and equipment maintenance.
